In this role I have responsibility for the Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting and Financial Statements for the companies within the NP Group along with the Group Consolidation. The role also covers areas of COSEC and administration on Insurance and Pension schemes.

A contract role to oversee all elements of finance for Guernsey companies, including but not limited to; - Monthly Acccounts- Budgets- Forecasts and Cashflows- Revenue Analysis (to ensure compliant with IFRS 15 - Revenue Recognition)- Statutory Accounts and Regulatory Returns.

As part of the FP&A Team I am responsible for budgeting and forecasting for consumer section of the business along with the reviewing all Capital Projects from a financial and governance perspective. This includes posting monthly WIP journals.I attend the monthly Capital Review Meeting. I prepare and present the pack to the Senior Team.

- Client Accounting Role specialising in Commerical SME's.- Also provided Finance Director services to larger clients.

Short term contract to provide interim support to the current Finance Director in preparation for the placement of the CFO.This role had specfic projects attached and included:- Review of all commercial contracts held to ensure the database was up to date.- Review of Processes and Procedures from Purchase Order Processing, Capital Expenditure Policies and Month End Processes.- Preparation of detailed slides about the Business. Items covered included: History, Financial Performance, Growth Oppotunities and NPD.- Creation of Budget and 3 Year Forecasting Templates including Balance Sheet and Cashflow Forecasts.

Short term contract role to assist with a project to move from an Excel database to systems based database. My role involved reconciling the input data with the output, investigating variances and advising the actions needed.

This role saw me responsible for both the Finance & IT Functions within a Medical Practice spread over 4 sites.Along with the day to day operations within Finance I am driving continuous improvement to current processes to ensure efficiency savings are made. Within the IT role I was responsible for 2 large projects; to replace the PC estate and the Telephone System for the Group.

In this role I had responsibility for the finance teams for OCS within the Channel Islands and also Meadowcroft Ltd (Guernsey). I had responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.I was a member for the senior team having input into the strategic direction of the company and was involved in all elements of the business including reviewing the final quotes to be included in tenders.

At Healthspan I was responsible for the Group budget and reporting for the UK entities as well as the commercial side of the business including reviewing the pricing and ensuring the achievable margin in sales are at the expected level.

In Denmark my main responsibilities were: Budgeting and Reporting, this included weekly reports for all stores.
