Supported development of the company’s design methodology, quality assurance and fabrication programs. Security project manager for the United States Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) consolidation project ($10M) and the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) security enhancement contract ($3M).

Developed and documented company design methodology, infrastructure, polices and proposal strategy. Established interdepartmental accountability guidelines. Performed construction management, engineering and personnel management of large project and national account teams for low-voltage systems including fire, early warning smoke, security card access, CCTV and intrusion detection systems. Generated submittals, electrical subcontractor's specifications, award subcontracts, coordinated scheduling, material delivery, customer AIA invoicing, change order and project close out documentation on fast-track team oriented projects. Responsible for employee hiring, terminating, promoting and yearly performance evaluations. Program managed the United States Postal Service Priority Mail Processing Centers (PMPC) East Coast pilot project through Emery Worldwide Airlines ($10M).

Performed construction management of large security card access, CCTV and intrusion detection systems. Responsible for design review and implementation, product procurement, quality control, and manpower scheduling. Coordinated field operations with subcontractors, negotiate change orders and generated as-built documentation through customer test and acceptance.
