I lead the Services Australia Customer Insights Library which shares insights and user research with projects to improve customer experience.As a Lead User Researcher, UX SME and Digital Accessibility SME I provide practical solutions for the agency's services with a simple objective: design accessible, useful and usable services which help our customers when they need it most. I have 30 years service with the APS, commencing with Department of Social Security and continuing with Centrelink, the Department of Human Services and Services Australia.
