I hold active Real Estate Brokerage Licenses in the States of Florida, Indiana, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, Illinois, Ohio and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Due to the fact that I hold these specific licenses I have reciprocal licensing arrangements with other states.Prior to becoming engaged full time in the real estate industry I was a Petroleum Marketer and owned a chain of Convenience Stores and Truck Stops with branded QSR concepts.
