My Role at Ledified is assisting Commercial customers reduce energy and Maintenance costs, performing lighting assessments and preparing proposals by recommending most suitable products to improve lighting and reduce running costs.I work closely with Lighting Designers to prepare lighting solutions that will meet Lux levels required for their environment.My role at Ledified includes Business development and identifying opportunities throughout various industries, I work closely with tier one and two energy retailers and assist their customers with LED lighting solutions.

My goal at Energy Quotes was to build a long term business to provide customers a large choice of competitive products with multiple energy providers, through relationships and business development I was directly responsible in obtaining more than ten agreements with tier one and two retailers. My Role at Energy Quotes also includes marketing management, recruitment, HR, Leadership, Sales management, Account management,process development/implementation and Directing the business as a whole.

In My time at Energy Watch(formally Polis Australia) I was responsible for the sales results and management of up to 150 staff members in three contact Centres this including middle to upper management. As part of my role I was hands on and responsible for training, compliance, Q & A, recruitment, reporting, retailer relationships, marketing strategy, Business Development, Strategic planning, scripting, process creation and implementation, and many other areas of the business. Whilst in my role I generated up to a 2000% increase in Residential sales while maintaining a strict and compliant team.My highlights in the role as national sales manager was becoming Employee of the year in 2010 and in July 2011 my team recorded a massive 5000 sales in one week..

Initially I was reasonable for managing a small sales team of individuals at this role, We would offer a complete package to the first home buyer market. This included Budget, financing, land Purchase, House design and build.After several months I used my Industry knowledge and was promoted to building manager who became the direct contact between our business and the group of preferred builders we partnered with.As part of my role I was responsible for providing Builders and finance brokers all documents required to move forward, this all including the writing of building contracts.My role also included follow up on building progress including the occasional site inspection to assist customers with progress payment sign off.

In my position as store manager of was responsible for a small team of sales and customer service staff in a Vodafone retail store, my role included meeting sales targets, managing rosters, maintain the store including updating all marketing materials. As part of this role I was responsible for dealing with complaints and escalations.
