I partner with commercial customers as a consultant, agent, installer and trainer for telecommunications and Internet services, wired and wireless networks, desktop hardware and software support.

My time a Berkshire encompassed a few similiar and different positions. I started in marketing with the company but quickly moved in the business services arena. Working with business customers stayed with me for the duration but I also created and operated BTC's IT department. IT served internal and external clients and led me into the field of management.
