I work for athletics communications offices and SIDs around the country to educate, train and support adoption of Genius Sports' NCAA, CFL and other statistics software products.

My presentations "Social Media for the Student-Athletes" and "A Coach's Guide to Social Media" have been seen by dozens of schools and organizations in Wisconsin and Minnesota. I stress the importance to educate students on how to use social media and help them transform social media from a toy into a tool they will benefit from for year to come.

Madison, Wisconsin Area

Promoted and supported 16 varsity sports at Edgewood College through website coverage, statistical coverage, video broadcasting, social media promotion, training and monitoring, mainstream media connections, event management, archiving, photography, compliance and NCAA reporting. Additional duties with the Edgewood College marketing and communications office, supporting the Director, providing secondary coverage of events, and assisting with writing and editing for the Edgewood College Magazine. Established Edgewood College athletics' web streaming platform and introduced a comprehensive social media platform.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

Directed the execution of three large bike tours which raised over $2 million annually for the NMSS, Minnesota Chapter. The three bike tours ranged from 1 to 5 days and covered multiple locations throughout Minnesota. Supervised two direct reports, an event staff of 10 employees and over 1,000 volunteers. Also worked on other fundraising events such as MS Walk.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

Assistant Event Manager overseeing Gopher men's and women's ice hockey, women's soccer, baseball, cross country and men's gymnastics. Supervised an events staff of up to 50 workers out of a diverse pool of over 150 part-time employees, including student workers, adults and senior citizens. Coordinated game management efforts between multiple departments including Athletic Communications, Athletic Training, Police and Security, Facilities, Marketing and Promotions and Booster Clubs.

Stevens Point, Wis.

Only full-time assistant coach and lead recruiter for Pointer women's basketball. Primarily responsible for defense and post players. Helped to build the teams that won the 2002 NCAA Division III national championship and reached the 2004 NCAA Division III championship finals. Additional duties with the UWSP sports information office centering around website creation and management and event staffing.
