Life coaching in very simple terms is taking a person from where they are currently to where they want to be in the future. I focus on asking questions that lead the client to dig deeper into their own life to find their values and gifts, what they are passionate about and how to take that and move forward to achieving their goals. I help and encourage the client to find fulfillment in life, to look ahead to their dreams and cast visions for their future. I am not there to pass on my knowledge or to teach the client. Instead, I assist the client to draw from their own experiences and knowledge in order to help guide them in the direction they are hoping to go. Coaches are not experts in any particular field. We stand side by side with a client to hold them accountable to the goals they have set for their lives and encourage them along the way.Christian coaches operate from a Christ-centric perspective. In other words, I view the client and their needs from a Christian worldview. This therefore is no longer a process that simply focuses on where the individual wants to go, but rather where does God want the client to go. The client may want a better job, marriage, family but the Christian coach is also going to help them have a better relationship with God. I encourage clients to seek the will of God and what His purpose for their life may be. By asking thought provoking questions, I aid the client to be sensitive to the working of God in their life.All of this belongs to God!

Moved in with parents to care for them. Work includes house cleaning, grocery shopping, cooking, pharmacy pick up, driving to doctors visits and hospitals, laundry, bill paying and bathing.

• While working at the 4th and Elm church of Christ in Sweetwater, TX I developed a training program and manual for 22 small group leaders. • Organized and managed 12 small group bible studies meeting weekly and made up of 77 church members. • Coordinated the Adult Education ministry and taught adult classes twice a week. • Led a bus ministry that during a 2-year period had more than 100 children come through the program. • Developed Reach Our Community (R.O.C.) ministry which involved 18 church members for the purpose of visitation and outreach.• Acted as liaison with Community and Denominational leaders for Feed the Kids Ministry for low income families• Led weekly bible studies with members of the community as well as a local nursing home• Conducted two church family retreats; Annual Dads and Daughters and Dads and Lads retreats• Launched Annual Comedy Night and dinner for community outreach• Headed the men's ministry and conducted monthly men’s breakfast• Planned and Organized Annual Pancake and Pajamas with Santa dinner for low income families• Arranged the distribution of Gratitude baskets for area teachers and Thanksgiving bags for needy families in the community• Visited hospitals and shut-ins and oversaw the 39'ers ministry
