Representing Yazoo County in the planning, developing, implementing and coordinating aging and other services throughout the seven-county region.

• Has full authority over county roads (including those in the city limits), ferries, bridges, county law enforcement, collections, fines, and levying taxes. Appoints some county officials including: Park and Recreation Director, Convention and Visitor’s Bureau Board, Justice Court Clerks, Tax Accessor/Collector’s Offices staff, Elderly Division Offices, • Responsible for guiding and establishing policy for the complex multi-million dollar budgets of county government. • Make decisions that directly impact economic development, public health, safety, and welfare of county citizens.

Provide consultant services to the Mississippi State Department of Health STD/HIV Office in recruitment and training of Disease Intervention Specialist and STD Prevention Grant management.

The position is responsible for recruiting individuals to start and/or complete their COVID-19 vaccinations.

The mission of this organization is to address educational, health, economic, and social related issues with interventions and services in the greater Yazoo County, Mississippi area.

Provide contractual services relating to community/public health, ecommerce including my Brewstych ETSY store, and custom tailoring of women apparel and accessories through my D's Just For Me Fashions tailoring business.

Oversee surveillance activities for reportable sexually transmitted diseases including: chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and HIV/AIDS.

Coordinated STD/HIV field services through use of Disease Intervention Specialists to MSDH Districts experiencing clusters of syphilis infections. Coordinated STD surveillance activities including syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea. Coordinated state-wide activities funded by the Comprehensive STD Prevention Systems (CSPS) cooperative agreement.

Performed investigative activities to ensure individuals who have sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) or who have been exposed to STDs are appropriately treated and counseled.
