Dave has over 37 years experience in the building construction industry, including 34 years working on projects under the scrutiny of the State of Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration. A 1983 graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction, he began his career that same year gaining experience with national and regional companies. Over his career he has been promoted through the ranks of construction management and executive positions. In 2008, Dave and his partners had the opportunity to form The PHM Group, Inc., the successor, and continuation, of a very successful company/team with 20 years of construction experience with an emphasis in healthcare. With the new ownership and a new company culture, The PHM Group incorporates a progressive and dynamic outlook for our growth and continued success. The PHM Group is dedicated to meeting the needs of clients through a team-building approach among Owner, Architect and Contractor.
