• On-board new clients. As the Project Manager, lead the exploration and implementation process to include ensuring that all required questionnaires and onboarding documents and tools are filled out and required actions are executed on time for each Environmental Partner. • Monitor and actively manage Environmental Partner’s landfill diversion objectives through active use of Sustayn and provide consistent feedback to these Environmental Partners at their locations to ensure that their CPR objectives are reached.• Make sure all Business Unit responsibilities for the Operations Department are understood and implemented: commitments with vendors & customers, ongoing communication with vendors, PO requests issued, supervise material QC, communication with Team Leaders, coordinate inventory activities, follow up on any Debit/Credit Memos, communication w/ Leadership Team• Work with the Analytics team to perform analysis and create ad hoc reports and uncover new opportunities for revenue generation for both parties. • Working alongside Business Development, lead and present business review findings and lead the continuous improvement initiative to ensure EP’s target CPR and sustainability goals are reached.• Key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions to maintain and grow Key Environmental partner business with the company. Lead consistent internal huddles to discuss operational performance issues for each key EP.• Lead routine (quarterly) business reviews with key Environmental Partners • Create Reports from JD Edwards / Oracle to analyze current Natura Programs, forecast Volume / Sales / CM, compare against budgets and help make corrective action to meet or beat goalsOperations Manager: October 2008 to May 2014
