• Managed logistics material support for all Janus/EODT projects inside Afghanistan and previously Iraq. Developed and implemented processes for material receiving, warehousing, and issuance of material used country wide. Transitioned all property records, accounting, and utilization to the In Circuit asset tracking system. Oversaw AMS (Asset Management System) System Administration and tracking of all company assets at all Janus locations worldwide. • Conducted commodity management and procurement of user requests/needs and projected bench stocks, which included both local and home office requirements and the tracking of all orders until receipt. Additional responsibilities included Costpoint Materials Module superuser and trainer, Costpoint procurement inputs, Costpoint procurement receiving, maintaining Costpoint warehouse module worldwide for all Janus locations. • Performed the necessary actions to be compliant with ITAR, EAR, and FAR regulations. Prepared and implemented operating procedures to ensure compliance with DCMA Contractor Property Accounting guidelines. Conducted property accounting, maintenance, and closeouts of GFE & CFE material/equipment as per contract. Executed contract mobilizations as required for material issues and movement requirements. Executed demobilizations as required for material issues and movement requirements.
