- Worked for CISCO CPT(Carrier Packet Transport) project on the Management Layer.- CTC (Cisco Transport Controller) is a CISCO interface for configuring routers. It is a Java application that is installed at user locations. Configuration is stored on the RP (Route processor) card and downloaded to your workstation each time you log into the Router. It deals with number of nodes in the network and is used to configure each node and provisioning of circuits between nodes.- Worked on bug fixing and coding, documentation of various module to be developed and discuss with the client using technologies like Java, NMS/EMS- Handling client escalations and resolve customer support issues.
