Provided full lifecycle Project Management for small to large scale PeopleSoft Financials and HRMS implementations. Responsibilities included the development and management of project plans, schedules, test plans, cutover plans, status reporting, resource identification and onboarding, etc. Team sizes ranged from 5-20 full time team members. Implementation experience included U.S. based clients in the Financial (Banking) and Chemical Manufacturing space.

Managed the implementation of a custom ERP system and supporting business processes at a major global Pharmaceutical Manufacturer across multiple U.S. locations as a result of various acquisitions. Team sizes ranged from 20 – 200+ full time resources.
