My main purpose within Samsung was to bring a range of products from Mobile, Digital Imaging and PC to life for retailers through training, one on one coaching, commercial awareness and product placement within store.I was accountable for liasing with retail stores, account managers and regional managers in order to promote and maintain the brand whilst improving store performances.Not only would we liaise with store staff to train on all relevant products but we would help them achieve the sales goals by highlighting key features of the products.Awarded Samsung Retail Specialist of the year in 2014

My main aim was to lead a team of sales consultants to meet customers needs in mobile communications. Ranging in different products such as mobile and home solutions, I would train a team so they could reach their sales targets, whilst creating a solution for the customers they dealt with on a daily basis.
