Monitoring project finance and earnings to assess project and division performance. Maintain overall accountability for project delivery, fostering relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure that consulting projects are executed within scope, timeline, and budget. Prioritising quality, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards and adhere to best practices. Identify opportunities for new projects and service offerings, contributing to the consultancy’s growth and helping achieve strategic goals.

Manage and support building energy performance projects by defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in close collaboration with stakeholders. Understanding client needs and monitoring budgets and timelines. Working closely with clients to achieve project requirements. Providing technical input by reviewing technical submissions and addressing design queries from the MEP teams. Focus on optimising energy performance, ensuring that all solutions are both effective and sustainable.

Assisting both software and consultancy departments. Providing the software department technical guidance for companies on effectively integrating building simulation software into their workflows. This includes offering face-to-face and online mentoring, as well as comprehensive training on leading building simulation tools. Developing software tools to assist the industry and knowledge share via marketing and training sources.Within the Consultancy Team, time is spent delivering a diverse range of services across various sectors of the construction industry, helping clients maximise the benefits of simulation technology to enhance their projects.

Manage and support projects to include for building modelling, simulation both commercial and residential buildings primarily to the Southern Building Services operating unit but also providing services to other UK offices.Delivering IES thermal modelling for Part L and Section 6 building regulations, GLA (and other local authority) Energy strategy report inputs for both Energy and CO2 calculations, BREEAM, Code, Daylighting and thermal comfort including BB101, TM52 and TM59Provide daily technical engineering input, reviewing technical submissions and design queries from the MEP teams.Provide fee estimates for modelling services and contributing to fee bids.
