This position has taken on many different responsibilities including application analyst, application architect, technical lead, technical architecture consultant, project manager, project leader, production support team leader, developer, development leader, Oracle database and application server administrator, DBA team lead, and client liaison.Many of my duties relate directly to the Banner application by ellucian, which is the ERP at the university which support Student, Finance, and Human Resource functions including, but not limited to, the administrative application, the end-user web interface technology, and any auxiliary systems requiring integration with Banner. This was a temporary assignment while the department was going through a search period for a new Director.The role involved being a project manager, a team leader for a group of developers, managing resources, client liaison, analyzing systems and software in relation to the overall infrastructure and integration requirements.

I managed a group of about 15-20 resources that were responsible for items such as web development, web portal support and development, databases, application servers and the incident and change management system. This included managing work assignments for resources and various project management and development activities.
