We provide trusted tools for decision making. We provide performance measurement tools, independent benchmarks, and market intelligence for national and global occupiers across multiple business sectors. Clients use our services to get a balanced view of their property performance and supply chain service providers. Our methodology is standardised, enabling direct comparison globally. The Global Estate Measurement Code (GEMCode) is used as the industry standard for the measurement of property. Our benchmarks cover HQs, offices, call centres, depots, warehouses, light industrial units, mixed use sites, laboratories, libraries and schools. Our analytics capability has a range of more than 300 different performance metrics to use. With over 115 million of square meters and over 25,000 buildings in our database, GBS provides global coverage with established benchmarks in 48 countries.
