Responsible for all aspects of the clinical systems management and development, ensuring maximum availability and providing excellent levels of service to the Trust’s end users. This includes, but is not limited to: Application support and contract management Patient administration system, EPR and diagnostics systems Service Delivery and SLA performance management Change Management Data Quality Training and TransformationThe EPR systems that are currently within my portfolio are Servelec RiO, TPP SystmOne, Wellsky EPMA, an in house developed EDMS, NHS e_Referrals, Orion Clinical PortalWe also have deployed NHSDigital's National Event Management System (NEMS) with both RiO and Careplus as a first of type test bed. Heavily involved in the end user interface design from within RiO.

The main purpose of my role was to oversee the introduction of Agile Working across the entirety of NELFT's workforce.This was set as a 3 year programme and we had a mission statement, a business case and a high level programme plan.I was tasked with leading and developing that programme plan to continued implementation.Below are a number of the responsibilities I have had in this role.- Improving Service Delivery through Agile Working- Ensuring the programme contributes towards the Trust's Estates Strategy- Developing/managing a device deployment strategy allowing us to deploy 1500 devices per year- Developing a classroom training programme- Develop and implement a transformation programme- Build effective partnerships with clinical leads, enabling the programme to gain commitment from Key clinical stakeholders.- inputting into the existing EPR Change control processes- Produce and report weekly, monthly, quarterly to all levels within the organisation- Developed and implemented the Agile Working policy.- Host Agile Working workshops to external organisations such as GSTT, Lincolnshire, Medway and others- Line managing a team of 7- Responsible for all risk management related to Agile Working- supported the implementation of the desk and room booking systems.-Oversee the creation of an Agile Working intranet page and Comms strategy- Input into the contract discussions with suppliers of hardware.

Support the in-house Transformation team in moving away from recording on paper assessment formsEmbedding configuration changes within RiOUndertake As-Is and To-Be mapping wokrshops with clinical servicesSupport the delivery of the migration from 5 instances of RiO to a single combined instance, following the closure of the National Programme.

Working as part of the National Delivery team supporting the implementation of RiO across London and the SouthWorking as an Implementation Specialist/Test Coordinator/Technical Lead across a variety of RiO Release 2 deployments and non-mandatory supplementary modules.Role included Issue Management, Facilitating Demonstrations/Workshops, creating scripts for contractual testing. Chairing calls between internal and external stakeholders such at BT, HSCIC and the Trusts (Customers)Deputised for the BT Test Manager where necessary, responsible for creating Deployment Test Reports upon successful exiting of a test cycle.Reviewing documentation both internally and externally as ongoing.

Undertook Service reviews, process mapping & standardised services. Lead on R2 testing as part of the First of Type project for London Community Health.

Lead on configuration for Release 1, lead on testing for Maintenance/Configuration Releases as part of the National Programme.Co managed a Helpdesk team consisting of System Administrators and RA Agents.
