South Flank Project - Engineering Manager

• Across the Selection Phase and Definition Phase studies of the Jimblebar project (RGP6/6A) I was responsible for the management of the EPCM, internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver the Mines NPI scope, capital cost, schedule and Project Execution Plan. • The NPI scope ($800m+) includes:o Mobile and Fixed plant workshops and warehouseso Admin Building and Sample Prep Labo Ammonium Nitrate, Fuel, Lube, Tyre storage and LV/HV Washdowno Power, Water, Wastewater and Comms o Accommodation Villageo EPCM and temporary facilities• In Execution phase I am responsible for delivering the Warrawandu Village, Jimblebar Hub & Mining portion of the NPI scope.• Provided infrastructure support to the RGP6, Quantum1 and Quantum 2 Selection Phase Study across Mine, Port and Rail as well as RGP5 Port accommodation.

• The Perseverance Deeps Project (PDP) 11-14L is increasing the depth of the underground nickel mine at Leinster Nickel Operations (LNO) which includes the establishment of a block cave at 1400m and a new shaft and material handling system. Project value US$500M (Infrastructure US$250M.)• Responsible Infrastructure manager for the EPCM company, internal and external expertise to successfully deliver the following project Definition Phase Study sections:o Infrastructureo Information Managemento Project Executiono Risk Management & Facilitationo External Relations o Stakeholder Managemento Project Quality Planning• Subsidence Management

• Local WMC/Worley Maunsell Alliance coordinator for Leinster Nickel Operations, in providing engineering assistance to the LNO Maintenance Projects department.• Lead Mechanical Engineer for the EPCM of the Kwinana Nickel Refinery 115 tonne/hour Boiler Replacement project.• Senior Mechanical Engineer for the feasibility of the Kalgoorlie Nickel Smelter Weak Acid transfer project.• Other minor projects included feasibility and detailed design studies into SAG Mill Barring drives, Change house diesel boilers, Plate feeder installation, potable and process water pipeline relocations, sump pump installations, and compressor replacements.
