My career path has been more unique than most. During college I worked full time for my families construction company, Lucre Enterprises, and spent the first part of my career as a project manager for them while also having a hand in day to day operations. While I enjoyed this work and going through the process of creating something from start to finish, I realized it wasn't what I wanted to do for the rest of my life, so I said goodbye to the family business and found a job working at Ricoh USA.Since coming to Ricoh I've been fortunate enough to have a path that has allowed me to work with all the various departments of my company. I started in B2B sales and was able to learn the day to day life of a sales person, what their needs are and how to best motivate them. Next I moved into a district managers role utilizing the previously learned skills but also interfacing at a higher level and expanding my reach throughout the company. This lead me to my current role as the Sales Lead for our Asset Management Division.Originally I was brought on to be the program manager for the GreenLine products, however my role has grown to include program manager of our used continuous forms products as well as leading various projects regarding the remarketing of used and second life equipment through Ricoh USA. In this role I have been blessed to interface with all of Ricoh's business units such as Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Order Processing. This has allowed me to gain a unique mix of both ground level and high level operations within a Fortune 500 company.While my expertise is in remarketing, remanufacturing and second life sales, my experience allows me to manage any type of program or business unit within a large organization. I enjoy a challenge and have always embraced jumping into something that is new and unfamiliar to me.
