• Advising project teams on how to implement new IT solutions and enhancements within the bank including security requirements, security policy analysis, risk assessment, data classification, infrastructure compliance, vulnerability reports and remediation plans. • Reducing potential security vulnerabilities that may compromise or negatively impact the technological solutions or infrastructure implemented across the bank.• Developing Cybersecurity framework based on NIST standards in all phases.• Planning, designing and executing phases of a project life cycle (SDLC) to support the security requirements, policies, compliance and IT standards established by the bank.• Coordinates the execution of internal controls in the COSO framework.• Supporting the documentation of capital projects, such as project proposals, project charters, project plans, work breakdown structures, communication plans, risk management plans and closing plans.• Performing risk assessments for software, infrastructure or platforms hosted in the cloud and on premise.• Following well-known and best standard IT Security framework and standards, such as ISO 27001, SOC1, SOC2, PCI, SOX and HIPPA, strengthening the overall acquisition process of cloud technologies in the bank.• Establishing security policies, standard and guidelines for cloud and on-premise solutions adopted by the bank.• Supporting the Security Awareness Program and provides users with relevant information to raise awareness and keep them aware of cyber threats to which they could be vulnerable.• Coordinating with project managers to review, oversee, advise and support the execution and performance of portfolio management of IT projects while maintaining a repository of project artifacts, including but not limited to, all mandatory project documentation, prioritization of requirements and process, workplans, Communications and Risk Management plans, cyber-security requirements and resources plan.

• Plan and implement projects that align the bank's institutional strategy. I was the technical leader of one of the main modernization projects of software that manages and approves the operations and projects for the different beneficiary countries leveraged by the main International Financial Institution in Central America• Help define project scope, goals and deliverable with stakeholders to plan tasks and required resources for a successful implementation• Manage a project team. I led four technical consultants so that the projects had the required stability to avoid any bottlenecks during the phases of the projects. This allowed to clear any doubt for the team and to avoid any setbacks or delays to projects that were assigned to my team• Manage a budget based on the tracking of deliverable and in accordance with the execution of the project, this allowed me to avoid any unforeseen circumstances or risks that could affect the success of the projects• Manage and execute the banks change management procedure for new solutions, incidents or emergency changes to avoid any unauthorized release into Production.• Create a schedule and project timeline to meet the dates established and agreed according to business needs. • Elaborate project documentation such as project charter, project proposal, work breakdown structures, communication plans, risk management plans, test plans and others to facilitate the continuity of subsequent project phases and to avoid setbacks to be materialized.• Follow Quality assurance and user acceptance test standards to reduce rework or inconsistencies during testing phases along the projects• Support and provide advice to decide the best proposal in conjunction with Procurement department when acquiring software that supports the business requirements• Train and support users of core or functional systems, with the objective of achieving an optimal knowledge level about the usability, look and feel, operational process, etc.
