These were all achieved with the full team recruited and in place by March 2016 with long term locums providing clinical stability in the interim. QOF achievement was improved to 63% by the end of March 2015 with child imms, vaccinations and other public health indicators also showing marked improvement. At the return inspection from the CQC in January 2015, the practice was awarded a rating of Good across all categories.
