Evaluation of Private Equity investment opportunities, Hedge Funds and special situations.Led AIG's structured solution (Pine Street) in one of the first ever securitized private equity transactions where AIG completed a 1 billion securitization that received a AAA rated tranche of senior debt.Managed a team of over 75 investment professionals in 4 major financial centers.Invested in 112 direct equity and mezzanine financings totaling 1.25 billion in invested capital from 1988 to 2007. During the same period was a board member on 19 different companies ranging from discovery pharmaceutical companies media and entertainment companies, and industrial manufacturing companies.
