• Was a key player of the team responsible for the financial monitoring of LIFE programme covering all EU28 in cooperation with NEEMO consortium (i.e. performed quality checks of the reports prepared by junior colleagues, advised to the project beneficiaries on the spot, became a trusted advisor on finance-related aspects and public procurement).• Managed audits of diverse European projects funded from Horizon2020, under Seventh Research Framework Programme (FP7), or under DG Migration and Home Affairs & DG Justice and Consumers throughout the EU28.• Gained a unique experience participating on financial and system audit of implementation of Delegaion Agreements between Agencies (EUSPA and FRONTEX) and European Commission.• Served as a contact point for other advisory departments in EY for public procurement advice, e.g. provided an expert opinion for the team carrying out Process evaluation of the Interreg V-A program Czech Republic – Poland or Internal audit of Czech Television.• Carried out an external HR analysis for National institute of mental health in the Czech Republic (including surveys, structured interviews, GAP analysis, etc.) who were granted permission to use the HR Excellence in Research Award.
