Responsible for the deployment of a managed print services solution within the Government of Newfoundland & Labrador account. After order signing, worked with internal supply team to ensure that all multifunction devices and desktop printers were configured to customer specifications and shipped to Newfoundland. Held conference call with each site contact to confirm a date and ensure customer readiness for the delivery of new equipment and removal of old equipment. Coordinated with local logistics carrier to ensure that all devices were properly staged, programmed and ready for delivery on the agreed upon date.
