Represent the systems teams with configuration analysis, modeling support, component selections, routing, NX Library creation, and defining mechanical interfaces to large class haul truck retrofits via a systems approach. 6 month contracted extended until re-org.

Designed agricultural equipment and assemblies from conceptual or novel ideas. Responsibilities included designing, part sourcing, scheduling, drawing details, BOMs, FEAs, and answering general machining or assembly questions to personnel. Designed and tested an optional dual pivoting boom system for a rodent control system. Designed a Jackrabbit prototype conditioner. The harvesting machine de-sticks, blows away dust, and leaves, and replaces the conditioned nut row.

Championed design, and analysis with oversight and collaboration with cross-functional teams; Tasked with OEM communications, vendor and contractor management, start up and commissioning support. Completed various projects encompassing machine designs, packaging engineering, industrial automation, robotics, furnaces, and process improvements.MAJOR PROJECTS:• Furnace #1 Annotate, Gallo Glass: Finalized annotations of a 330 tpd glass furnace system encompassing forehearth, gas skids, fans, ducting, and 13 piping utilities.• Furnace #1 Rebuild-Cold End (4-Shop Bottle Molding), Gallo Glass: Led feasibility study of 4 bottle-packaging lines for a 400 tpd glass furnace system.• Reconditioned B-Machine, Huhtamaki: Assisted & led in design, planning, procurement, and installation of multiple pulp and paper systems. • Line 17 RSC Conversion, E&J Gallo Winery: Led mechanical design & implementation of a 400 bpm bottling line conversion to RSC packages. • Line 2 Bottle Filler Replacement, E&J Gallo Winery: Drove or assisted in layout design, vendor management, equipment selection, packaging design, piping plans, and structural improvements.• Super Alloy E-beam Furnace: Designed or repurposed 3D models in alignment with client specifications for a new e-beam super alloy furnace.• Pet Food Facility Checkout, Blue Buffalo: Contributed to checkout management for pet food facility focusing on tracking of checkout procedures, contract management, and production efficiency.• Chemical Filling Line Design, Actagro, Biola, CA: Designed layout for filler, laser coder, labeler, and semi-auto stretch wrapper. • Delivery Belt Speed Up Engineering, Anheuser Busch, Fort Collins, CO: Improved the world's fastest dual-can line filler by revamping designs and delivering innovative technological solutions. • Grupo Modelo Brewery Expansion: Packaging zone lead of a high-speed canning line, assisted in implementations bottling and palletizing systems.
