Proposal Cost Analyst supporting all aspects of proposal development for the Space Superiority and Imaging Division. I work a wide variety of proposals and specialize in labor cost estimation for proposals requiring Certified Cost or Pricing Data in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

• Project lead in support of indefinite deliverable/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) JANUS Geography contract with National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA)• Control Account Manager (CAM) for Digital Point Positioning Database (DPPDB) products; perform weekly costs and schedule reviews• Use IBM Rational Clearquest to manage production of 600-1000 products annually, including the receipt and delivery of satellite imagery while monitoring defects and implementing root cause corrective action as appropriate• Contribute to the proposal process by participating in BOEs, reviewing technical documents (SOW, CTG, MIL-SPEC), and authoring past performance summaries and technical volumes• Review NISPOM and coordinate with program security ensuring all data is managed at its appropriate DOD classification• Participate in Risk Management process by identifying probability and exposure of risks and monitoring mitigation efforts

• Project lead in support of JANUS Geography and Foundation GEOINT Content Management (FGCM) contracts with NGA• Control Account Manager (CAM) for Digital Point Positioning Database (DPPDB) products; perform weekly costs and schedule reviews• Managed team of 8-10 hourly and salary employees in support of various GEOINT products, including onboarding and training of new employees and performing annual performance reviews, monthly tag-up meetings, and career development support• Collaborated with other managers to identify career opportunities for team members, while analyzing current and future staffing needs

• Project lead for FGCM contract with NGA• Produced Digital Point Position Database (DPPDB), Compressed Image Base (CIB), and Adjusted Mapping Support Data (AMSD) imagery products• Collaborated with software engineers and image scientists to create prototype Digital Point Positioning Database (DPPDB) using a combination of National Technical Means (NTM) data and commercially available Digital Globe Imagery • Reviewed statements of work (SOW) and all associated documents for DPPDB contracts and updated production procedures as necessary• Fully tested new software and processes in accordance with Change Management (CM) before implementing into production environment

• Project lead in support of Global Geospatial-Intelligence (GGI) contract with National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA). Responsible for reporting cost/schedule and determining impacts of delays in source data.• Developed Merged Cell Triangulation (MCT) from prototype to full production. • Produced Digital Point Position Database (DPPDB), Compressed Image Base (CIB), and Adjusted Mapping Support Data (AMSD) imagery products.

• Utilized commercial and proprietary software to produce strategic geospatial imagery products in support of National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) contracts • Performed work on both Windows and Linux operating systems. • Produced Digital Point Position Database (DPPDB), Compressed Image Base (CIB), and Adjusted Mapping Support Data (AMSD) imagery products. Analyzed and validated data content and assembled new content from various sources (DTED, SRTM, NITF, CADRG). Followed established geospatial data production processes for content analysis, validation, and reporting.

• Utilized ArcGIS and Trimble GPS to create and maintain database of park district’s infrastructure. Created maps to support land development plans. Used GIS data to help identify lands to purchase for wildlife corridors• Interfaced with public and various local governments in support of land acquisition and park development

• Maintained park grounds and facilities. Operated trucks, tractors, mowers, chainsaws, and power tools. Assisted in various improvement projects such as updating lighting and electric outlets, plumbing and pouring concrete.
