Evaluated and performed due diligence on numerous small business opportunities, culminating in executing franchise agreement with Regis Corporation and taking over ownership and operations for three small business assets (full service SmartStyle Hair salons), which include providing oversight and direction to the General Manager of Operations who currently manages operations for the all three of the assets.

Led 6 direct and 5 indirect reports with dotted line to 84 plant site safety contacts managing $3M + budget while achieving Calpine's best safety record in 2016.Regional Vice President - Operations (up to 24 plants) (2006 - 2015)Led all aspects of plant operations and asset management including P&L, production, budget, contract management and all areas of HR over a series of increasingly responsible regions (East, Southeast, and Central-ERCOT). Managed regional plant operating budgets ranging from $29M to $59M to optimize production and revenue while meeting annual budget bonus targets. Maintained key commercial customer relationships with co-generation steam hosts and led the regions through continual change such as bankruptcy, reorganizations, acquisitions and divestitures.Plant Manager - Zion Energy Center (2002 - 2006)Managed operations of a contracted 3-unit, 450 MW natural gas fired peaking generating station with rigorous contract availability and readiness requirements.
