My previous role was a fusion of sales, customer services and complaints handling, meaning I had the opportunity to develop extensive skills in these areas in a relatively short period of time. I worked with Pre and Post-completion Santander mortgages in a heavily target-driven environment. In this role, I was required to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets in both call time, complaints handling efficiency and sales; something in which I created a strong record by achieving consistently. I also developed proficiency in problem solving and complaints handling as I was trained to resolve complaints and compensate with managerial authority if necessary at the first point of contact.
