My responsibilities include:• Partner with client Account Directors to maintain expert and fluid knowledge of client's business models, contractual arrangements, key strengths, and opportunities• Collaborate with regional Finance leads to consolidate financials for global review• Manage day to day Finance responsibilities on Clients including but not limited to client/product/job set up, production invoices, ad hoc reporting, and vendor payment issues• Serve as thought leader and key point of contact with the Legal team during contract negotiations involving client portfolio• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely billing and sufficient cash flow for the agency• Prepare month-end revenue calculation and journal entries, working with revenue and regional controllers as needed• Act as Liaison between the agency and the Client on financial matters• Work with various teams in other US and international offices on shared clients• Participate in Ad Hoc projects as assigned• Assist in scope of work, and client contracts review
