Focused on the strategic development and implementation of the S&T network strategy which covers property location, site functions, materials flow, capacity management and last mile optimisation. Its secondary purpose is to monitor performance and drive network improvement initiatives, particularly in the area of inventory and freight movements (i.e. efficiency of flow).The role has four primary accountabilities, namely:1. To lead key network development projects, including developing relevant business cases and programme schedules;2. To develop and maintain network development plans (incl. risk/BCP) to inform annual schedules such as property requirements, key changes in material flows (i.e. different ports or utilisation of partners) or changes to network capacity to meet rolling 24-month demand;3. To develop and maintain the roadmap for digitisation of the S&T network (“digital twin”) and work with the S&T digital team to procure, implement and operate appropriate platforms;4. To develop and maintain and basket of metrics that monitors overall network performance and identifies areas that would drive service or EBIT:funds improvements;
