Expanded the operations from a largely development based business to a broad ranging multidisciplinary consultancy covering the Mining, Energy, Infrastructure and Urban Growth sectors.• The growth strategy included many mergers and acquisitions with entities to expand the core business and broaden the business into areas consistent with the growth strategy.• As a public company with commensurate reporting requirements, David was responsible for all corporate financial reporting including external audit and taxation matters and governance
