David is the Chief Financial Officer at Causeway Media Partners where he is responsible for all financial, operational and administration functions of the firm including financial reporting, human resources, facilities, IT and investor relations. David has over 20 years of venture capital experience and financial management expertise from his previous work with venture-backed and newly public technology companies. Prior to Causeway, David was the Chief Financial Officer and a Managing Director at Globespan Capital Partners, a IT focused global venture capital firm. David managed all of the financial and operational aspects of the firm. He currently serves on the board of Globespan's portfolio company, Credit Sesame, and previously served on the boards of Analogix Semiconductor, Nantero and MarketLive.Prior to Globespan, David spent 11 years as a General Partner and Vice President of Finance at TVM Capital, a global venture capital firm. David worked closely with the life sciences and technology teams concentrating on all corporate finance matters including financial and legal due diligence on prospective portfolio companies, coordinating term sheets and legal documents, monitoring investments, structuring and coordinating acquisitions and mergers and preparing portfolio companies for Initial Public Offerings. David served on the board of several TVM portfolio companies and was an observer to numerous others.Prior to TVM Capital, he was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he focused on venture capital and life science industries.David currently serves on the board of the Private Equity CFO Association in Boston. David earned a bachelor degree in Accountancy, with honors, from Boston College, an MBA, with honors, from Suffolk University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
