- Support Marketing Associates (Outside Sales Reps) to grow sales and margins within a territory and throughout Canada- Provide support to customer base and ISRs from a centralized location and throughout Canada- Focus on external customer interaction through outbound calls- Increase customer retention and improve Customer Satisfaction- Present new products, services, and ideas to increase sales and meet established objectives- Perform research of products, product discounts, services, special offers, and company promotions- Complete and up-date sales forms and call reports. Ensure a complete and timely flow of information- Sell excess/obsolete inventory and weekly featured items through special customer contracts and sales techniques- Attend and participate in informational seminars, learning based meetings and other sessions to advance knowledge of sales techniques, product specifications and department functions- Attend department sales meetings and participate in other activities as requested- Promote positive working relationships with all internal and external customers- Process orders, same day orders, pick-ups, invoice adjustments, couriers, drop-shipments, special orders, and samples- Exceptional time management and organizational skills- Detail-oriented, a fast learner and have the ability to handle multiple tasks- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Intranet- Ability to create solutions for business issues- Views challenges and changes as opportunities- Ability to deal with ambiguity- Responsibly protect customer relationships through exceptional service and by promptly resolving customer concerns and inquiries- Notify customers and Marketing Associates as to substitutions and/or shortages- Member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC)

- Effectively forecast and meet established sales and margin projections for food costs through monitoring commodity prices and establishing targets for menus- Successfully manage day-to-day operations (e.g. contract renewals, menu planning, scheduling, inventory) through liaising with different departments of the Cardinal main kitchen, the Grill, Kettle Creek and RedCrest (Total staff: 80; Peak season numbers: 5000 plus customers served per week)- Actively participate in marketing initiatives such as trade shows and food festivals to build relationships and increase sales for the company- Responsibly protect customer relationships through exceptional service and by promptly resolving customer concerns- Effectively coached, led and empowered team members to efficiently provide scheduled meals in a timely manner- Successfully mentored and trained team members in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food- Views challenges and changes as opportunities- Strong written and verbal communication- Exceptional time management and organizational skills- Strong presentation skills- Ability to create solutions for business issues- Ability to deal with ambiguity- Interprovincial Red Seal certificate- Advanced Food Safety Training certificate- Smart Serve certificate- Certified in first aid and CPR/AED targeted responder- WHMIS certificate- Advanced knowledge of HACCP
