With over 25 years of leadership experience in the heavy equipment industry, I am a results-driven, strategic leader with expertise in new business development, key account management, and financial performance. My diverse background in business management, sales leadership, and outside sales enables me to drive growth and deliver impactful results.Currently, as the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Hy-Brid Lifts, I am responsible for spearheading strategic initiatives that drive sales growth and enhance market positioning. In this role, I work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and optimize marketing strategies to expand Hy-Brid Lifts’ reach in the industry.Previously, as the Director of Strategic Accounts for SANY America, I led the sales and service of SANY products to key customers across the United States. I collaborated with a team of regional business managers and sales representatives to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build long-term client relationships, while also working with cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. In earlier roles, I successfully increased market share, revenue, and profitability for organizations such as Genie, H&E Equipment Services, and United Rentals.I am motivated by the challenge of driving growth and innovation in the competitive heavy equipment market and am passionate about expanding Hy-Brid Lifts' presence and reputation within the industry.
