About David Posner
Ph.D. student in the lab of Prof. Menna Clatworthy, FMedSci based at the Department of Medicine at the University of Cambridge. My area of research specializes in the role of adaptive immune cells in the meninges and brain parenchyma. I use a combination of high-dimensional flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and RNA sequencing to probe the dynamics and composition of the dural meninges in health and disease. Our lab is a global leader in harnessing single-cell, VDJ, and bulk RNA sequencing to understand the immunology of multiple tissues.
