David Postma has a background in change management and brings 30 years of senior management, business development, turn around, venture capital and investment experience. Appointed as Managing Director or CEO he has led several privately owned companies as well as a public listed company in various branches. Amongst others, David has build-up a global trading company for Damen Shipyards, he restructured and integrated seven foreign companies of Geveke N.V. and managed the revival of a global engineering company in the oil and natural gas market. Furthermore he has led a complex merger of various production and engineering companies in the petrochemical heavy industry. During his career David has worked on several assignments across various sectors and has in-depth knowledge in international transport-, energy-, food-, retail-, micro technology and petrochemical branches. In 1998 David was appointed as managing director of a privately owned investment fund, holding shares in more than 15 companies.
