I have excellent customer-facing skills and have much experience of customer care and interaction. I have good communication skills (both verbal and written), as well as solid organisational and time management skills.I have a great deal of practical experience within the IT industry but over the past couple of years I have moved into management. As a team leader I have further developed my communication skills as conduit for the flow of information between company senior management and the engineering workforce.I have experience of staff and performance management, currently leading a team of 17 engineers. I am equally able to work individually or as part of a team. I have developed an aptitude for problem solving, using my initiative to overcome particular challenges.
