Practicing and promoting good digital pedagogy. Developing and delivering opportunities for the professional development of faculty member's digital pedagogy. Working with faculty to ensure quality instructional design for face-to-face, blended and online courses. Developing programs and courses, new instructional materials. Modifying existing instructional materials. Enabling learning by creating supportive environments; providing support and encouragement, establishing accessibility and approachability. Providing technology coaching to faculty and staff – many strands and many levels. Responsible for the design and delivery of the Instructional Resource Center's Instructional Design for STEAM Sessions for Faculty of Education students. These sessions focus on engineering-design processes to structure the exploration of subject-specific integration of sophisticated digital and mechanical technologies, such as coding, robotics, 3D modelling and printing, media capture and production.

Responsible for preparing teacher candidates for teaching and learning with technology. Focus on strategies and concrete suggestions for effective integration of communication and information technologies across curriculum in a way that enhances learning, with special emphasis on topics, strands, and expectations detailed by the Ontario Ministry of Education curriculum documents. In addition, assistance is provided to candidates for developing the knowledge and skills that they need to feel confident and competent with their technological capabilities, with an emphasis on communication and information technologies in the classroom.

Collaborating with Associate Professor subject team leaders to design, develop, and implement technological advancements that will enhance their instructional practices as well as their students learning experiences. Also responsible for ensuring subject team leaders instructional staff receive ongoing support as these initiatives are carried out.

Developing and facilitating introductory workshop programming for patrons, focused on topics such as 3D modelling and printing, CNC carving and engraving, audio and video artifact production. Facilitating training experiences for student-staff to develop the technological skills required to operate Makerspace equipment and the facilitation skills to assist patrons with inquiry-driven projects. Researching and proposing equipment acquisition, setting up and maintaining equipment, development of inter-disciplinary projects using equipment, proposing course-based integration of Makerspace equipment and services to faculty and instructional staff with an emphasis on alternative modalities for assignments.

Facilitating undergraduate Adult Education course curriculum as prepared by the Centre for AdultEducation and Community Outreach (CAECO), Faculty of Education, Brock University, demonstrating adult education principles and practices with small-group cohorts. Working with adult learners, providing meaningful feedback and assistance in the accomplishment of learners’ goals in the completion of professional development based courses. Using Sakai-based LMS with learners as a hybrid delivery tool for site-based courses or as a complete delivery tool for online courses.
