With a 24 hr shift pattern across 3 shifts I managed over 30 members of staff with 3 shift supervisors reporting in to me. I attended daily quality meetings reporting results and status to the Quality Manager on behalf of the company. Drawing up Standard Operating Procedures for containment activities, leasing with suppliers regarding quality issues within the plant. Companies worked at include, Vauxhall Motors, BMW, Toyota, and Land Rover.
