Provide Military analyst and training support services as an On Call employee. Deploy for two to four weeks at a time, to one of several African Countries to train military units and soldiers on Peacekeeping procedures and techniques and basic soldier skills. The successfully trained unit will then be sent to another African country to help keep the peace and protect the local civilians.

Served as the director of recruiting for the U.S. Army and Army Reserves throughout the Dayton, Ohio area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; the leadership and management of a headquarters element, 6 recruiting stations and 27 military and 15 civilian recruiters dispersed over 2,586 square miles throughout west central Ohio. Accountable for recruiting and shipping quality men and women to meet the Army’s manpower requirements for both enlisted and officer personnel. Planed, supervised, and executed recruiting campaigns to both enlarge and penetrate our market. Additionally, manages a fleet of 33 assigned vehicles, 7 separate facilities and all logistical functions associated with equipping a large recruiting force. Responsible for the training, health, welfare, discipline and morale of 28 noncommissioned officers and an average future Soldier program of 200 recruited personnel. Commander of a Combined Arms Battalion mechanized infantry company deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, consisting of five officers, 130 enlisted Soldiers, 14 Bradley Fighting Vehicles, 22 HMMWV's, and all associated equipment. Responsible for the combat readiness of a company with emphasis on discipline, training, maintenance, logistics, morale, and esprit-de-corps as well as ensuring a safe and secure environment within the assigned area of operations spanning 110 kilometers. I was credited with developing a cohesive organization that cared for all assigned Soldiers as well as their Families. Managed and supervised the maintenance and accountability of over $91 million worth of government property and equipment.Highlights:• Maintained operational control of 110 Km area North West of Baghdad, Iraq• Eliminated insurgent attacks and activity within the Company’s AOR in a nine month period• Developed an detailed IED detection and recovery plan that eliminated coalition and civilian casualties with the Company’s AOR• Recognized by the MNCI and CENTCOM Commander for Command Excellence during combat operations OIF 06-08

Served as the Battalion Logistics Officer of a 330 personnel battalion consisting of three elite military schools which trained over 18,000 Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines annually. Managed and directed the property accountability, maintenance, supply, and logistical support of all battalion assets and schools.
