Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Harbour Energy with responsibility for overseeing the company’s financial operations ensuring proper control and governance in this area. • Financial management responsibilities including Controller functions, Business Support functions, Petroleum Economics, Company Secretary function, I.T., and Supply Chain organization. Combined headcount of approximately 900 employees. Oversaw Financial & Operational integrations of two major acquisitions ($20 billion total) • Successfully lead the consolidation of all BHP Petroleum entities under a single corporate structure, reducing our G&A costs by over 25%. • Created a culture of workplace diversity where female management participation grew from less than 10% to over 40% and equally compelling results across all ethnic and other diverse groups.

• Financial management responsibilities for asset groups managed from Houston; total production of 270 mboe/d• Coordinated consolidation of these responsibilities and reorganization of Permian assets.

• Responsible for producing countries in Latin America (Argentina, Bolivia, and Colombia) with net production approaching 80 thousand barrels per day. • Responsible for integrating Argentina & Bolivian assets purchased from Vintage into Occidental.

• Responsible for over four major joint ventures generating over $600 million in pre-tax income. • Resolved 13-year impasse in Russian jointly operated company over development of a heavy oil field with 1.3 billion barrels of oil in place.

• Participated in all aspects of IR function including meeting with institutional investors, sell side analysts and coordinating investor strategy with senior executives. • Identified and convinced seven new sell side analysts to initiate research coverage. • During this two-year period Occidental had the highest total return to shareholders among the 13 oil and gas companies in its peer group.

• Completed insourcing of Permian (Altura) accounting functions previously performed by PWC. Altura was a JV purchased from BP/ Shell for $3.6 billion. Annual savings $4 million. Revenue enhancements identified by my group as a direct result of the insourcing exceeded $8 million. • Identified opportunities for accelerating tax depletion by $27 million (Cash Benefit $10 million - implemented) and opportunities to accelerate $40 million annually of tax depletion.

• Direct responsibility for all finance, I.T., contracts, and purchasing/warehousing functions with a direct staff of approximately 70. This was the largest international business unit of the Oil and Gas Division. • Income and cash flow of approximately $300 million annually. Yemen and Pakistan non-operated JV’s with combined operating income of approximately $300 million were also coordinated from Qatar.

• Coordinated financial closing responsibilities for a series of asset trades with Shell whereby Occidental traded its Malaysian and Philippine assets for interests in Colombia and Yemen with market values exceeding $1.2 billion. • Identified method to recover a $7 million insurance claim to Occidental’s benefit

• Direct responsibility for all finance, I.T. and economic analysis for Occidental project in Malaysia, which was a successful exploration project that was being developed

• Functional responsibility for organizations in Nizhnevartosk (Siberia) and Pechora (Komi Republic) operations in CIS. • Successfully set-up up the accounting organization in Moscow, Russia immediately after Western companies were given access to the Russian petroleum sector.

• Coordinated economic analysis for purchase of Puesto Hernandez a $260 million asset privatization whereby Occidental was able to gain a 12% interest in the project without infusing any cash. • Coordinated relocation of complete accounting function from Buenos Aires to Mendoza in an effort to streamline operations in Argentina.

• Major achievement was identifying and coordinating approval to restructure several debt instruments saving over $4 million annually.
