I am a cultural insight and research professional with experience working for full service agencies and internal client-side teams. I began my career as a quantitative graduate with full service research agency McCallum Layton, learning how to conduct market research to exacting standards and receiving training with the MRS. In 2010 I moved to client side with media owner Future Publishing, adapting to become more dynamic and resourceful in using research to support strategy across a variety of business needs, including creating an internal panel, researching audiences across multiple brands and being involved in award winning advertising effectiveness projects. In 2013 I moved to Hachette UK, a book publishers with an internal insight team who were shortlisted for the best in-house research team at the MRS awards in both 2014 and 2015. In 2016 I returned to agency research with RDSi (now Ninth Seat), specialising in Quant research across a number of sectors. I was appointed to the RDSi Board in 2018. Late 2019 I joined Crowd DNA as Senior Director in the Numbers team. Following significant growth and success I was appointed as Head of Agency in the UK before moving to a Global Numbers role focused on international growth.2024 I joined davies+mckerr to head up their quant team.
