I am responsible for managing RightWorks' Legal Recruiting division, which provides law firms, in-house counsel's offices, non-profits organizations and government agencies with a full array of legal staffing services all across the United States, including lateral attorney placement (including associate, partner, in-house counsel and other attorney positions), temporary attorney contract-staffing services and an array of non-attorney staffing for law firms, in-house counsel's offices and other organizations. My responsibilities include finding and bringing in new legal (and other) clients, personally sourcing attorney candidates for open roles, managing and monitoring the assignments and activities of the Legal Recruiting team members, providing legal recruiting training and one-on-one mentoring/coaching to Legal Recruiting team members, running weekly team meetings, and working directly with the CEO and senior management of RightWorks to help create and implement policies and procedures for the company as a whole.

I work directly with CEO and the senior management team of national recruiting and staffing firm to identify and evaluate potential hires for new business units, create a unique and dynamic working environment, define new positional roles, responsibilities and performance requirements, develop and implement training parameters and materials, and design internal professional and personal development and enrichment programs. I also lead the company's legal recruiting team, working with AmLaw 150 law firms, as well as other law firms and in-house legal departments, helping them find and hire talented attorneys and other legal professionals.
