Logros:• Planear y ejecutar más de 50 campañas de comunicación orientadas a objetivos de posicionamiento, sensibilización e interacción, gracias a las cuales la Universidad ha conseguido objetivos como captar a más de 50.000 usuarios en la plataforma de cursos EanX o fomentar el regreso seguro de su comunidad al campus. • Aumentar la percepción favorable de los estudiantes frente a los servicios de Comunicaciones en 10%, respecto al 2020, a través de la modernización del tono y el estilo de comunicación empleados. • Relanzar y transformar el boletín de comunicación interna El Altavoz, cuya difusión por correo masivo ha generado un promedio del 26% de aperturas que supera al estándar del sector educación.
