• Operation of all equipment according to state and federal DOT requirements • Follow state BOAH guidelines for proper sampling and storage of all dairy samples• Maintain good working relations with all customers, i.e. Dairy producers and dairy processing facility• Monitor and maintain all equipment accordingly• Ensure loads are delivered in safe and timely manner• Review on regular basis equipment and driver monitoring program, reporting results to president• Assist with driver compliance application to ensure all operators meet requirements

● Maintain weekly production schedule by overseeing day to day loading and scheduling● Responsible for checking and ensuring the needed raw materials and packaging were on hand for production orders being released to the shop floor● Serve as back-up to site buyer to generate the needed purchase orders to maintain inventories for efficient processing of production orders ● Oversaw and coordinated cycle counting the inventories of raw materials and finished goods to insure and maintain accuracy● Directed the transfer of inventory between our facility and other powder facilities● Oversaw and directed receiving and shipping regarding inbound and outbound raw material issues
