I served as subject matter expert for the creation of the company’s digital print strategy, production deployment and integration into business processes. Advised/consulted at plants and at all levels throughout the enterprise. Role also included extensive industry and marketplace research and developing SWOT analyses, e.g. competitive analysis on print quality, consumable yield, cost per page, total cost of ownership and ROI.
