The health system operates nine hospitals, safety net clinics, one children’s mental health center and more than 190 ambulatory service centers in three states – Colorado, Kansas and Montana. The health system includes 15,000 full-time associates and more than 500 employed providers.Responsible to provide strategic leadership in integrating the Mission, Values, Vision and Catholic identity of SCL Health, provide staff support to Leaven Ministries (Public Juridic Person) and ensue a close working relationship with the leadership of the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth.Serves as a key member of the Senior Services Executive Team, actively participating in System-wide strategy development and planning, and is a strategic thought partner for the President/CEO. Responsible for the conceptualization, development, promotion, implementation and measurement of a full continuum of initiatives designed to enrich spiritually, ethically and culturally the leadership and employees of SCL Health. Oversight responsibilities include Church Relations, Catholic Identity, Organizational and Clinical Ethics, Ministry Formation, International Outreach, Mission Integration and Spiritual Care.
