Delivering pizzas to the intended customer. In addition, performed daily prep, cook requirements, front counter procedures and any position needed by the store.

Performing transactions with customers exiting the store including checking a customer out and verifying merchandise leaving the store. I also am responsible for verifying returns and determining if they can be resold or returned to the manufacturer.

Executing all the procedures of the back of the house which consisted of prep, frying product, flat top maintenance, assembling and ensuring quality product came out in a consistent manner.

Maintaining the preparation amounts for the day to insure limited product waste, as well as the production of the pita both on the grill and on the line as customers chose their ingredients. Performing deliveries when needed and aiding in the ordering process.

Assisted in the preparation of an assortment of dressings and sauces as well as the slicing of meats and vegetables to insure there were enough products for the day. Responsible for the cleaning of all the dishes in the restaurant in addition to the bussing of tables.
